My professional experience includes serving as an Academy Executive Coordinator at the IITB-Monash Research Academy, where I coordinated communications, managed marketing activities, facilitated student recruitment, and provided administrative support in a prestigious Indo-Australian research partnership.

I earned my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and my Masters in Control Systems Engineering from the University of Twente. I have also had the honor of being a TEDx Speaker.
As the Co-Founder, Chief Technical Officer, and Technical Solutions Adviser at Annamentorz, I leverage technology to provide innovative solutions in career counselling and mentoring. My experience at DesignLab - University of Twente, involved facilitating creative collaboration, supporting the use of advanced fabrication tools, organizing events, and engaging in research activities to integrate technological solutions.
I have a passion for leveraging technology to empower students and professionals in their education, careers, and personal development. My goal is to foster a positive and supportive environment, providing guidance and support to help clients achieve their career aspirations.
A passionate advocate for research, problem-solving, and shaping the minds of tomorrow’s innovators, he has mentored many students from IIT Bombay and IIT Roorkee. Many of his mentees have pursued advanced studies at leading global universities and emerged as successful entrepreneurs. He has had the privilege of shaping the academic and professional journeys of countless students at IIT Bombay and IIT Roorkee over four decades. Prof. Pradipta Banerji (Advisor &Mentor)
Prof. Pradipta Banerji, Former Director of IIT Roorkee, has been on the faculty at IIT Bombay after returning from Berkeley, U.S.A. During his distinguished tenure, he spearheaded pioneering initiatives in Urban Science as the former Head of Urban Science and Engineering, fostering global collaborations and founding the IITB Monash Research Academy. As Dean of Alumni and International Relations (IITB), he worked to bridge global academic and professional networks.
